Wolf Property Management was formed in 2022 by Adam Starr and Tyler Wolf when they combined their skills, ideas, and property management portfolios. With a wide-variety of management capabilities, Tyler departed in 2024 to specialize in portfolio management and Adam continues to lead Wolf Property Management as Georgetown's premier property management company.

Adam is a Georgetown real estate investor, real estate broker, and CPA with degrees from Texas A&M University and The University of North Texas. Raised in Georgetown where he excelled on the tennis court for Georgetown High School, Adam enjoys playing ice hockey, skiing, and roller blading.
Adam learned spanish in his 20s and enjoys using it in his work as well as learning more about Latin culture.

Jessica is a proud Texas who is born and raised in Georgetown. She's a hard worker and worked various jobs including for Georgetown ISD. Jessica is new to real estate - she enjoys the challenge, learning new things, and working for a true Georgetown small business. Her and her husband enjoy trying new restaurants in and around Georgetown, traveling, and spending quality time with family.
Our Maintenance Team
We cover all the basic maintenance and there is, honestly, nothing we can't do. Our strongest skill is diagnosis. We don't diagnose symptoms; we diagnose problems. Then we make sure that the problem is addressed through our team or one of our third party vendors.
