Our maintenance philosophy was developed by Doctor David Starr in the 1990s. Train your employees to fix anything and treat them how you want to be treated. Through managing a portfolio of properties, we have a well-rounded maintenance crew that handles landscaping, basic HVAC, basic plumbing, basic work orders, and minor projects that don't require a license. For any work beyond this we have a refined list of vendors that you will get good pricing with through our relationship.
We will always respond quickly to the work orders, make an assessment, and make the repair ourselves or create a plan of action.
To prevent surprise big ticket maintenance items, we do an annual exterior inspection with detailed photographs in a report to the owners. An interior inspection can be done at the owner's request.
